Project Overview
A quality coating protects concrete from wear, moisture, and staining while improving its overall appearance. Our concrete coating Sunshine Coast team applies durable coatings suited to a range of applications, from garage floors and driveways to commercial and industrial spaces.
We assess your existing concrete surface to determine the right coating type and preparation needed, ensuring proper adhesion and long-term durability. Our team handles everything from surface cleaning and repairs through to the final coating application, delivering a finish that holds up to daily use.
Whether you're protecting a high-traffic area or simply want to improve the look of existing concrete, our coating services offer a practical, long-lasting solution. A properly applied coating extends the life of your concrete while giving it a refreshed appearance.
What We Coat
The options run from epoxy floor systems for garages and workshops, where you want a hard, sealed, easy-to-clean surface that shrugs off oil and tyre marks, through flake and vinyl chip systems that add texture and hide marks, to polyurethane topcoats where the surface sees direct sun. For wet areas such as pool surrounds, patios and steps we use coatings with slip resistance built in, because a smooth coating in a wet area is a genuine hazard rather than an aesthetic choice. On driveways and outdoor concrete, penetrating sealers and colour seals are often the better answer than a film-forming coating.
Preparation is the majority of the work. Coatings fail because of what was underneath them, not because of the product, so we grind the surface mechanically to open it up, repair cracks and spalled areas first, and check the slab for moisture before anything is applied. Acid etching is not a substitute for grinding, and we do not treat it as one.

Working With Us
Product choice is the other common mistake, and it matters more in this climate than most. Standard epoxy chalks and yellows under direct Australian sun, so anything outdoors needs a UV-stable topcoat over it or a different system entirely. High humidity and a damp slab both affect cure times and can cause blushing if a coating is applied in the wrong conditions, and a slab that has been rained on the day before is not ready. We work to those windows rather than to the calendar.
What you get from us is straight advice about what will actually last where you want it, including the times when the honest answer is a sealer or a polished finish rather than a coating. You will know the preparation involved, how long the area is out of use, and what the surface needs from you afterwards. Tell us the area, where it is and how it gets used, and we will recommend a system and price it properly.
